Terms & Conditions

Prices

All prices are in Singapore Dollars and are subject to 7% Government tax. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All bottles are in 75 cl unless otherwise indicated.

Vintages

Vintages of wines are subject to change without notice. Information on wines’ vintages can be obtained via mail (axel@wine-universe.com.sg), or via phone (Tel: +65 6338-0728).

Orders

To place an order, please send an e-mail with your purchase order to Axel, our Shop Manager: axel@wine-universe.com.sg , or contact him at Tel: +65 6338-0728.

Deliveries

Our business operating hours are from 11 am to 9 pm daily.

For orders placed before 3 pm, deliveries will be made on the next working day. Minimum Order Value for free delivery is S$ 300.00. A delivery surcharge of S$ 20.00 will be levied on orders below S$ 300.00.

Breakages

Any breakages or discrepancies in quantities or items delivered should be brought to the attention of the delivery personnel before accepting the delivery.
