Oenotheque celebrates June with our Mid-year wine packages to enjoy!

A.K.A. package @ $60 Nett [Fendant de Chamoson, Giroud (Swiss White wine)]

Merle package @ $70 Nett [Ismaro Merlot, Delea (Swiss Red wine)]

Either wines are served with Chickpea puree, tapenade & black olive crumbs (V), Smoked salmon ‘marsh mallow’ and Tiger prawns baked with spinach and Raclette cheese.

Oak Barrel package @ $80 Nett [Villacampa Roble (Spanish Red wine)]

Alpine sunlight package @ $90 Nett [Dézaley Grand Cru, Dufaux (Swiss White wine)]

Either wines are served with Baked half shell scallops, garlic & parsley butter, Potatoes roasted with garlic, thyme & smoked paprika and Asparagus, Enoki & Parma ham wrap, Aioli.

1908 package@ $100 Nett [Charme Spumante Rosé, Delea (Swiss Sparkling Rosé)]

Wilderness package @ $110 Nett [Champagne Vranken, Reserve Brut (French Champagne)]

Either wines are served with Chicken rillettes, Elderflower & thyme sauce, Feta cheese cubes (V) and Charcuterie ½ platter.
